Tradovate Web / Mobile Platform Limitations
1) A limit of 1000 contracts per order. If you are trading with groups, a sum of all contracts for all accounts combined cannot exceed 1000 contracts for the order.
2) A total of 5000 unique user-initiated actions per user limit per rolling 60 minutes. Placing a new order, modifying an existing order and cancelling an existing order are considered different unique actions. When trading with groups, each trade placed on each account is considered as a unique action (i.e. Placing an order on a group of 20 accounts will be considered as 20 unique actions). If you reached this limit, you will not be able to conduct any actions. Please contact Tradovate Support at support@tradovate.com with the subject line “Apex account - Request Limit Reset” and provide your Tradovate username and the accounts that needs to be flattened or contact them via phone or chat at https://www.tradovate.com/support/.
3) A limit of 5 accounts visible on the mobile platform.
