- Remember, the Help Desk does not possess additional information beyond what’s available in the FAQs and will direct you back to them if necessary.
User Agreement
By submitting a Help Desk ticket, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

- The Help Desk’s primary role is to direct you to the appropriate information on the Apex Website.

Education and Knowledge Requirements:
- The Help Desk will not provide answers that bypass required training courses or diminish the necessity of acquiring the knowledge needed to use Apex tools and programs effectively.

Prior Effort:
- You have already searched the Apex FAQs, videos, and courses for your answer.

FAQ Effectiveness:
- Most Help Desk questions can be answered by consulting the FAQ sections. Utilizing the FAQs can provide quicker solutions than waiting for a Help Desk response.

Status Updates and Website Information:
- The Help Desk does not have additional information regarding status updates or other details listed on the website’s first page. Tickets should not be submitted for these items. Any new updates will be available on the status page or the relevant FAQ section.

Please note that by submitting several tickets, your query will be sent to the back of the queue as we work on a first come, first served basis.
