Keeping your contact information up-to-date is essential for seamless communication with Apex Trader Funding. If you need to update your email address, don't worry—it’s a quick and straightforward process!
Follow the steps below to ensure your new email is registered correctly in your Apex Dashboard.
- First, log in to your Apex Dashboard at apextraderfunding.com
- Next, head over to the “Customer Profile” section on the left-hand side of the screen.
- Now, input your new email address in the “Your E-Mail Address” field, replacing the current one.
- Hit the 'Save Profile' button that pops up at the bottom when you change your email.
- Check your new email's inbox for a verification email (check your SPAM folder as well). The email will look something like this:

Email content - Once you click the link in the verification email you'll be sent to the Apex Dashboard where you will need to confirm the change by entering your password.
- That’s it! You have successfully changed your email.
