If I cancel, can I start the subscription back on the same account before it expires?

If you cancel an account or your account is cancelled due to a declined card, it will be good through the expiration date. It cannot be renewed.  We cannot roll profits. So, make sure you want to cancel before you do so. Otherwise, you will have to start a new subscription to continue.

It is imperative if you have multiple subscriptions, you cancel the correct one as we cannot reinstate it. If you are not sure, ASK in the help desk before cancelling.
