I cannot login to my platform, (i.e., NinjaTrader) with my credentials.
- Make sure your credentials are set up correctly, including all appropriate settings.
- Make sure you have first logged into Rtrader to activate the credentials by agreeing to the agreements.
- Do not try to login between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM ET any day of the week, or Friday 5:00 PM through Sunday 6:00 PM ET as Rithmic does maintenance during these times and you cannot login then.
