Can I set up an LLC and trade for them out of that?

You can provide whatever name and ID number you want for payment. This can include an LLC.

You must sign up the evaluation with the LLC for the funded account to be under the LLC.

Be aware if it is considered a professional trader as there are more fees associated with this. Most are not.
