Prior to submitting a help desk ticket, please verify:
1. Ensure that the correct license key is entered in your Ninja. If your account is visible in RTrader Pro but not in Ninja, follow the steps provided.
Further information is found in this article: I don't see my Apex account in NinjaTrader, I only see my SIM account.
2. Confirm that you have at least one active account in an active state.
When an account is in a failed state for 8 days or longer, it will be automatically disabled, along with the SIM account connection, until it is reset.
Your account can be reset manually whenever you choose by using your member's portal. If you prefer, you can wait for the account to renew in its failed state and receive a free reset upon rebilling. Your subscription needs to remain active.
Please see the following article for more information: Free Reset Upon Renewal
If you have successfully completed both of the above steps, please proceed with the following:
1) Delete your connection from NinjaTrader
2) Close NinjaTrader
3) Clear your cache
- Open the Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > db folder.
- Delete the sub-folder named 'cache'.
- Restart NinjaTrader
4) Add your connection back to NinjaTrader and connect.
