My connection is staying yellow longer than 4 minutes in NinjaTrader how do I fix this?

1) Delete your connection from Ninja Trader

2) Close NinjaTrader

3) Clear your cache

1. Open the Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > db folder.
2. Delete the sub-folder named 'cache'.
3. Restart NinjaTrader 

4) Add your connection back to NinjaTrader and connect
