We are aware of the reports of these issues and have notified Rithmic. They are looking into the cause right now. We would recommend to not enter more trades until it is confirmed the issue has been resolved. We will post on our Facebook Main page once the issue is resolved and it's ok to trade again.

Also, remember with yesterday's high volatility is always a good thing to make sure you have cleared your NT Cache and have shut down and restarted after day like yesterday to help ensure better efficiency with your platform and systems.
