If you pass your eval account, you have 48h to pay and sign the PA to activate it. If you passed 1 day before your rebilling date and set up the account in time before the 48h are up, send a help desk ticket

(ONCE YOUR PA IS SET UP) with your account number:

APEX-XXXXX-XX (e.g. APEX-12345-67)

Rithmic and Tradovate will verify your passed evaluation account and rebill at the same time, but we can revert the rebilling charges, once confirmed that the account did in fact passed a day prior. 

Unfortunately, if you pass on the same day as your rebilling, we will not be able to refund the rebilling charges. 

HOWEVER (this part is NEW):

Should your PA account be set up beyond the 48-hour window, we will not process any refunds for recurring charges that may have occurred on your evaluation account. It is your responsibility to ensure that your PA setup is completed within the stipulated 48-hour timeframe. If, for any reason, you are unable to make payment for the PA accounts within this period, your evaluation accounts HAVE TO remain active until such time as you can complete the PA setup and sign the associated agreement.

Please be advised that recurring charges WILL NOT be eligible for refunds under any circumstances, and no exceptions will be considered!

(It is imperative to keep in mind that signing the PA agreement is a critical and free step that should be completed promptly.)

Keep in mind a trading day is 6 PM one day to 4:59 PM the next day.

The system updates overnight and recognizes the previous completed trading day.

For example, after completing 7 Days of trading and passing the Evaluation, the system will recognize this the morning of the 8th day for example and start the process of emailing your the paperwork for the PA Account

You can check your trading days in your member's area under "Account Summary"
